CMT Opportunities

The Campus Ministry Today team is one of CMM’s global equipping teams that serves collegiate ministry leaders in churches and campus ministries all over the world to grow in EDM – Evangelism, Disciple making, and Mission mobilization. Steve Shadrach, founder of Student Mobilization, The Traveling Team, and the CMM (which Campus Ministry Today is a division of) provides strategic leadership to this team. He is author of The Fuel and the Flame and The God Ask, and our articles, resources, and trainings impact tens of thousands of collegiate ministers every year. Operations Manager

As CMT’s Operations Manager, you’ll be coordinating the publications of CMT (articles, social, and podcasts), coordinating trainings and the EDM Conference, and managing the tasks and projects of the team. You also analyze and improve organizational processes, and work to improve quality, productivity, and efficiency.

Collegiate Strategy Manager

As CMT’s Collegiate Strategy Manager, you’ll be mentored by the campus ministry guru, Steve Shadrach. You will work with him to develop and fine tune resources and trainings to serve church and campus based collegiate ministries world wide. You’ll also be working with our CMM field teams to help them engage with and serve collegiate ministries in 50 countries, while you’re working with a handful of multi-national collegiate ministries.

Our field teams (both internationally and the USA) are also bringing the vision, resources, and strategies of CMT to churches and collegiate ministries all over the world.
